Spicy Chicken Pizza





First step in making Chicken pizza is to marinate your chicken.

Ingredients (for chicken) :


  • 200 g Boneless chicken (cut to size pieces)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp oil (for shallow frying)

Other ingredients:

  • Pizza dough
  • 3-4 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional, pizza tastes more creamy)
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 small tomatoes cut to small cubes
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:



  • Combine all the ingredients except oil and let it rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry until cooked on all sides.
  • Transfer to a plate and keep it aside while preparing dough and sauce.

And once these three are ready it's time to assemble our pizza and bake it!


  • Make sure to pre-heat oven to 200°C for at least 30 minutes. 
  • Cut chicken pieces smaller instead of big chunks of them on your pizza...
  • Flatten dough on a pizza stone, poke holes on the dough with fork for smoke to escape.
  • Spread sauce, chicken pieces and cheese. Top it with sliced onion, tomatoes and sprinkle Italian seasoning. (You can also sprinkle chili flakes, add chopped bell peppers and mushrooms)
  • Brush crust with oil.
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes at 200°C.
  • Serve hot!!!
