First step in making Chicken pizza is to marinate your chicken.
Ingredients (for chicken) :
- 200 g Boneless chicken (cut to size pieces)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 tbsp oil (for shallow frying)
Other ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 3-4 tbsp Pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (optional, pizza tastes more creamy)
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 small tomatoes cut to small cubes
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients except oil and let it rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry until cooked on all sides.
- Transfer to a plate and keep it aside while preparing dough and sauce.
Next you'll have to prepare pizza sauce if you don't have store-bought.

And once these three are ready it's time to assemble our pizza and bake it!
- Make sure to pre-heat oven to 200°C for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut chicken pieces smaller instead of big chunks of them on your pizza...
- Flatten dough on a pizza stone, poke holes on the dough with fork for smoke to escape.
- Spread sauce, chicken pieces and cheese. Top it with sliced onion, tomatoes and sprinkle Italian seasoning. (You can also sprinkle chili flakes, add chopped bell peppers and mushrooms)
- Brush crust with oil.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes at 200°C.
- Serve hot!!!
