This is the best pizza dough that I have been making for a long time! It's easy to make with basic ingredients you have at home.
(more or less to form firm dough, if dough is dry add extra 1 tbsp water at a time and knead. If dough is too watery add flour little by little while kneading)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (you can substitute with refined oil)
- 3/4 cup water

Instructions:
- Add yeast, sugar, salt to flour and mix.
- Add oil and little water. Start kneading and gradually add water as required.
- Once all the ingredients are combined cover dough and let it rest for 5 minutes. (This helps dough to loosen up and release moisture)
- After 5 minutes, dust little flour on to the surface where your kneading. Stretch and knead for 10 minutes. Dough will be soft. Roll it into a smooth ball, brush bowl and dough with oil, cover and let it ferment for 30 minutes or until double in size.
- If you're making pizza with this dough, it's time to pre heat your oven to 200°C.
- Once the dough has fermented punch it down and knead gently to remove excess air. Divide it to two portions(makes 2 medium pizza)
- If you're making pizza, flatten one portion of the dough on a greased pizza stone, poke holes for steam to escape and add your favorite toppings. Bake for 15-25 minutes at 200°C.
- If you want to store your dough, coat dough with more oil and put it in a zip lock bag. Freeze it for a week or 2 days in refrigerator.
