Easy Pizza Sauce Recipe

This pizza sauce is tastier and healthier compared to canned ones!
Easily available ingredients, cook them and blend, your sauce is ready!!



Ingredients:

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (substitute with black pepper)
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions:

  • Into a sauce pan Heat oil and sauté onion until translucent.
  • Add garlic, tomatoes and mix. Add salt, chili powder, dry herbs and mix.
  • Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes until tomatoes are mushy.
  • Add ketchup, give it a mix and switch off stove.
  • Cool the mixture for 10 minutes to blend.
  • Transfer it to a blender and grind roughly. Do not make it a fine paste.
  • Transfer paste to a container and use immediately or refrigerate until use for up to a week.
