Crab Pepper Roast

Crab pepper Roast is the perfect combination of Crab's sweet meat and spicy masala. It's simply irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1/2kg Crab's
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  •  1 green chili
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 2tsp ginger garlic paste 
  •  1tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1tsp Turmeric powder
  •  2tsp cumin powder
  • 1tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup water 
  •  3-4 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

 Method

  • Grind onion and tomato to a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add Fennel seeds and let it splutter.
  • Then, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add onion and tomato puree and sauté for another minute.
  • Add crab, all the spices and mix.
  • Add water, give it a mix and cover with a lid.
  • Stir frequently to avoid masala  sticking to the pan.
  • Once Crabs are cooked add chopped green chili, coriander leaves, mix and remove from stove.
