Crab pepper Roast is the perfect combination of Crab's sweet meat and spicy masala. It's simply irresistible!
Ingredients
- 1/2kg Crab's
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 green chili
- Few coriander leaves
- 2tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1tsp Fennel seeds
- 1tsp Turmeric powder
- 2tsp cumin powder
- 1tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 3-4 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Grind onion and tomato to a fine paste and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add Fennel seeds and let it splutter.
- Then, add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add onion and tomato puree and sauté for another minute.
- Add crab, all the spices and mix.
- Add water, give it a mix and cover with a lid.
- Stir frequently to avoid masala sticking to the pan.
- Once Crabs are cooked add chopped green chili, coriander leaves, mix and remove from stove.
