One-Pot chicken pasta is bursting with flavours! It is creamy, spicy and cheesy!! You'll love it just like I do!
Let's get to the recipe:
Ingredients
- 3 cups pasta (any shells will do)
- 250g Chicken ( boneless, bite-size pieces)
- 1 cup Onion (diced)
- 1 cup capsicum (diced)
- 1 cup Mushroom (cut to small pieces)
- 1/2 cup carrot (diced)
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Few coriander leaves for garnish
How to make:
- Heat oil, Add chicken, pinch of salt, black pepper, 1 tsp Italian seasoning and fry until chicken is almost cooked.
- Now, add onion, capsicum, carrot, mushrooms and mix.
- Add chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, 1 tsp salt and cook for a minute.
- Then, add water, milk and cover the pan with a lid.
- Once the liquid is hot, add pasta, stir well and cook covered, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked, reduce flame, spread mozzarella on top, garnish with remaining Italian seasoning, coriander leaves and cover until cheese melts.
- Or you can place the pan(without lid) in the oven at 120° c until cheese melts.
