Banana Fritters

Hello!

Today's is a kids friendly snack. Its  so simple, even Your kids could make!


Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Water (around 3/4 cup to make sticky dough)
  • Oil (for deep frying)

How to make:

  • Heat oil for frying.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash bananas.
  • Add all the dry ingredients and mix.
  • Add water 1 tbsp at a time and mix.
  • Once you have a sticky dough, take 1 tsp full dough and drop it in hot oil.
  • Fry until gold brown and floats on top.
  • Fry in batches (5-6 at a time in medium sized frying pan) 
  • Serve hot plain or drizzle little chocolate syrup over.

*Do not over crowd your frying pan.
** You can substitute water with coconut milk, it will enhance taste.
***Add small pieces of semi sweet chocolates in middle of each spoon full for molten lava effect.
