Steamed Chocolate Mud Cake

This is the perfect season for cakes. If you are looking to make cake but don't have an oven or you don't know how to use it, then this is the right place for you! You don't even need a pressure cooker!!!

This is a super soft chocolate cake that I easily made in idli maker(just a steamer used to make Idli).



For ganache:
It's just 2 ingredients, 1 part cream to 3 parts chocolate. You can either microwave or double boil(boiling water in a sauce pan and a bowl on top of it with the ingredients. The bowl should fit to the sauce pan.)

I have used 2 kind of chocolates for decorating this cake. You can make your own decorations.

White chocolate ganache:
  • 88g White Chocolate, cut to small pieces
  • 2.5 tbsp Cream 

Instructions:
In a bowl mix both ingredients until smooth and glazes. Refrigerate until use.

Milk Chocolate Ganache:
  • 150g White Chocolate
  • 4 tbsp Cream

Instructions:
In a bowl mix both ingredients until smooth and glazes. Refrigerate until use.
